WIWW #3

009apalepink

Cardigan: Gap Outlet, lavender shirt: Old Navy (clearance $2.10) Necklace: Forever 21, gray belt: Forever 21, Skinny Cargos: Old Navy, Boots: Target

This outfit is inspired by Jill over at Good Life For Less. Except that I had a new lavender shirt that was calling my name. I would not typically go for all this black, which is why I love getting inspiration from other women! (I look at lots and lots of other girls’ WIWW pics, so don’t be surprised if you show up in my inspiration photo!) I hope Jill doesn’t mind that I put her here!

striped shirt: Forever 21 (you can read about it HERE), white long-sleeve T: Target, jeans: Super Skinny Flirt from Old Navy (very comfortable I might add), boots: knock-off Uggs from Target (I had snazzier boots on but it’s snowing, snowing, snowing today so once again, practicality wins out!) Scarf: Walmart

In honor of the –3 degree temperature today, I decided to dress like an Eskimo! It seemed like the perfect day to break out the turtleneck and the furry collar sweater (again).

cream turtleneck: Old Navy, sweater: Old Navy (clearance $12.49…see the funny sweater story here), belt: Target (clearance $4.98), skinny jeans: TJ Maxx (clearance $10), boots: Ross, necklace: Forever 21

Do you notice a clearance theme here!? I LOVE the clearance racks!

Brrrrr……still cold so I’m still wearing turtlenecks. These pictures are telling me that turtlenecks may not be the most flattering look for me! I apologize for the craptastic blurry picture---don’t know what’s going on with that.

gray turtleneck: Old Navy, black sweater tunic/dress: Ross, belt: Forever 21, skinny jeans: TJ Maxx, boots: Target

Blah……one of the benefits of taking pictures of myself each day is seeing what works and what doesn’t. This look reminds me of a cloudy day. I was having a bad day and apparently, I dressed my mood!

oatmeal sweater: Target (clearance $4.50) gray scarf: made by me…needs to be longer, cargo’s: Old Navy (clearance $10.50) clogs: Target (clearance $13)

Cardigan: Old Navy, Shirt: Target, pants: Target, boots: Target, leopard print belt that you can’t see: Walmart

Didn’t Mr. Rodgers have a sweater just like this? I subbed high school Spanish today so had to dress up a bit again. I was inspired by J again. And once again, her version is about a million times cooler than mine. In my defense, I had sweats on, got the sub call and was out the door in 25 minutes! (I took the pic when I got home.)

I debated about a bright pink scarf (can’t do red or I’d end up looking like a mime) but decided that I kind of liked the plain and simple black and white combo. Plus, I got to wear my new homemade pom-pom necklace. You can learn how to make one from Little Miss Momma. Again with the blurry picture….argh!

Cardigan: Gap Outlet, striped shirt: Walmart (you can read about it here) necklace: made by me, jeans: Skinny Flirt by Old Navy, boots: Target ($7.50 on clearance) belt: ? old

And that’s what I wore this week! Thanks for stopping by!

Cute outfits, again! I think I have the exact same red scarf from Wal-mart & LOVE IT! I think it's adorable that you posted the photo of the person that you got the idea from! So many of my looks have been inspired from other WIWW posts lately. I feel you with the cold temps. Dang!

Thanks for stopping by my blog! I think you have great style and it's really neat how you include your inspiration photos for your different outfits. Such a great idea! We definitely could do some damage if we went shopping together. We have similar tastes (even though I think you are much cuter and more stylish!). I'm now following your blog :)

Another great week of really stinkin' cute outfits! LOVE your idea of the inspiration pic, I have been doing WIWW for almost 30 weeks now and do you know how many looks I have totally stolen for other ladies? Tons! I love seeing how many other women are bargain hunters too, makes me not feel alone about having to stick to a budget :)
